Policy
We will
never sell or give your personal information to a third party.
We use what data we collect only for the purpose of processing
your order. We find SPAM really annoying in our own inboxes
so you can rest assured we don't want to inflict it on anyone
else!

to Contact Us
Please
note we are an internet company and as such, strongly
prefer to handle all orders and communication via the website
and email. While we have a post office box, we don't check
it every day and mail orders will take longer to process than
website orders.

Payment
Policy
We accept
payment from United States customers via Visa, MasterCard,
PayPal,
BidPay, and Money Order.
Currently,
for International payments, we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard,
and International Money Orders in US Dollars. No checks, please,
and no money orders drawn on foreign banks.
Payment
is due within 10 days after the order is placed. No orders
are shipped until payment is received in full.
We charge
an appropriate fee for returned checks or any payments our
bank will not accept.
We
must collect 7% sales tax for orders shipping to New Jersey.
Credit
cards are not charged until your order is ready to ship. PayPal
payments are not automatically processed. We will review your
order for any changes to shipping charges or stock status
and email you an invoice.

Shipping
Policy
We ship
ALL Media Mail (Book Rate) packages for a $4 flat rate per
shipment regardless of weight. If you are not in a rush
to receive your order, this might be a good option for you.
We try
to stick to a shipping schedule of Tuesday and Friday mornings,
but will occasionally ship on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday,
if the load warrants it. This means in-stock orders will go
out within three business days after payment clears. If you
require your order to be Express mailed, please call/email
first. We don't ship every day, and may have to make a special
trip for you - we try, but that may not always be possible.
PLEASE
NOTE: During those Lazy Hazy Crazy days of Summer we often
only manage one shipping day per week!
Which
shipping mode should you choose?
Please
allow us three to four weeks from receipt of payment to fill
custom orders.
If your
shipment is lost/damaged in the mail, please contact us and
we will do what we can to make it right.
A note
about pre-orders: when you place a pre-order (or request an
item that is backordered) we will quote you a shipping rate.
That quote is good for 6 months from the date of your order.
After that, we reserve the right to adjust the charge to take
into account U.S. postage increases or changes to our handling
fees.

Return
Policy
Non-defective
books, magazines, DVD's, CD's and videos are non-returnable.
The only exception is for media that is shrink-wrapped. If
the seal has not been broken, we will grant a refund for the
purchase price of that item (shipping is not included). We
are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on any clearance,
personalized or custom-made items that cannot be returned
to our stock.
If returning
a defective item for a replacement, we will refund your shipping
costs only if you return the item via Media Mail or First
Class Mail. Please do not use Priority Mail without first
clearing it with us! We lose money on defective merchandise
as it is, and extra shipping costs just make it worse. No
returns will be accepted without prior authorization and
this includes defective merchandise.
In some
cases, we will handle defective merchandise exchanges by connecting
you directly with the producers/publishers. We are all small
one-and-two person businesses and it saves everyone time and
money to eliminate as may "middlemen" as possible.
The only difference to you, as the customer, is the address
to which you must return the defective item.
Please
be aware, if the item was purchased via eBay
or another online auction, we reserve the right to file a
claim with the auction site that will allow us to recoup the
commission we paid them.

Wholesale
Pricing
Due to
schedule constraints, we are no longer accepting new wholesale
customers. We will continue to work with our existing wholesale
clients with the understanding that we may not be able to
accept all requests, particularly those that are large and
time-consuming. We thank you for understanding!

Our
Auctions
We sometimes
do business with online auction sites. We sell items
that we feature on our web site, as well as one-of-a-kind,
experimental, sale, or clearance items that you won't find
here. As a general rule of thumb, our auctions are 7
days long and start/end on a weekend. We are registered

If
you win multiple items from us and pay for them via a single
payment, we will be happy to combine shipping costs.
