This room's problems

This is our main bathroom. It has two doors - one to the hallway, and one to our bedroom. As with other rooms of the house, things accumulate here - bottles on the countertops, mildew in the shower, and hair on the floor...

The toilet hasn't worked in months - it leaks. I need to call a plumber and get that fixed, but not until I can clean this room to the point where it isn't mortifying.
